Most of the clinic is unmounted and rider-focused. We will have a small ridden portion, please bring a helmet.

This approach centers on cultivating mindfulness in equestrians to foster deeper, more balanced relationships with their horses. Through intentional groundwork and self-awareness, riders learn to regulate their own energy, emotions, and presence—becoming more attuned to their horse's needs and signals. The goal is to develop a mindful human who practices calm, clear communication and connection, both on the ground and in the saddle, creating harmony and mutual trust between horse and rider.
Teresa is a Train Your Seat Equestrian Pelvis Biomechanics trainer and certified as a PATH International Therapeutic Riding Instructor. Teresa believes in the power of positive mindset, strategic planning, and consistent progress in and out of the saddle. Her approach draws from classical dressage, work-in-hand, obstacle-based horse sports, and liberty work—with a focus on adaptive, relationship-centered horsemanship.
Carolene Miller is an Alexander Technique Teacher, a Centered Riding Instructor, a DreamBuilder Coach and a lifelong horsewoman who is passionate about helping horses and humans reach a better understanding and to bring more joy into their relationship. She believes the horse human relationship has the potential to be like dancing with the best dance partner you ever had.
